From May 24, 1994 through May 11, 1997, Vital Images, Inc. was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bio-Vascular, Inc., which is now known as Synovis Life Technologies, Inc. The common stock of Vital Images, Inc. is quoted on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "VTAL."
